When you book a VIP Design Day, you’ll have 8 hours of my undivided attention to work on your website.

Here’s just a few different ideas of ways I can help you during your VIP Design Day.

  • Do you want to dump your DIY website in the bin, and rebuild from the ground up? Before you set it on fire, let me take what you’ve already done, blend in some of my signature pixie dust, and turn it into a streamlined website that will give you a solid foundation to build on.

  • Gone through a re-branding process, and need to give your website a mini glow-up? If you’ve got the branding kit (photos, logos, colours & fonts) and you’ve got content for your website - but you’ve got no idea how to transition that across to your website, let me help bring it all to life!

  • Is the idea of figuring out to migrate to Squarespace 7.1 giving you a migraine of epic proportions? Let me do the heavy lifting for you, and then give you a guided tour so you know how to make changes, tweaks & edits yourself.

  • Are you happy with the basic website you’ve got, but want to add some custom features to really make your website sparkle (you just have no idea what)?

    You can access my Code + Design Catalogue - a digital library I’ve built with all the different kinds of plugins, design ideas & extra features that are possible to achieve in Squarespace.

  • Do you need to add an online shop to your website but don’t have the time or energy to set it up yourself? I can set up a basic shop, attach it to your payment gateway and teach you how to manage and maintain it moving forward.

VIP Design Day: $1,100

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A complimentary brainstorm session to discuss your plans, goals, & dreams and come up with a prioritised list / action plan, and access to resources & worksheets to helps you prepare your content for the big day.

  • A full 8 hours of my time to work exclusively on your website. I’ll get through as much as I can, and send you a full report at the end of the day.

  • Thirty day of email support and up to one hour of hands-on support, so if something really goes wrong you can rest assured I’ll jump in and fix it.

The process is easy-peasy.

1️⃣ BRAINSTORM SESH

You’ll get a huge pep-talk and some honest feedback about what I can accomplish in a single Design Day for you (and what I can’t).

2️⃣ PLANNING + PREP

If you decide the VIP Design Day is the right fit for you, we’ll find a date that works for both of us, and you can sign a contract + pay your deposit.

After you’re locked in I’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire to complete, access to whatever resources I think will help you, plus a link to our shared hub where you can begin to upload your brand assets (photos, logos, copy etc).

We’ll come up with a list of agreed-upon tasks that I will aim to complete during your Design Day.

3️⃣ THE BIG DAY

We’ll touch base the week before your Design Day to ensure I’ve got everything I need to get started. Your Design Day begins at 10am in my timezone and you get eight hours of my time (any breaks I have are not included in that so I might not finish exactly eight hours after I start).

At the end of the day, I’ll send you a detailed summary of what I was able to get done, and within the next week I’ll send you a video walkthrough to show you what new features I’ve added, and how you can safely maintain and edit your website moving forward.

FAQs

  • Nah! It’s not at all necessary for you to spend the whole day with me, I’ll actually work faster and more efficiently if I can pop on my Brown Noise playlist and zone into your project without needing to talk to you. It’s always appreciated if you can be available during the Design Day in case I have any last minute questions, but it’s not a requirement.

  • I mean, sometimes they can be a royal pain in the butt, but I’ll always do my best to find a time that suits us both!

  • The only way I can answer this is for you to book in a Complimentary Consultation with me, and share your struggles + goals with me. I’ll always give you honest feedback about what I consider to be achievable and not achievable in a Design Day. And remember, the whole point of this is to work with an expert, and someone who has the skills, knowledge and tools to complete your project in a much shorter time frame 🤓

  • Absolutely. If I think your project won’t take a full day, I’ll let you know how long I think is needed, and give you a quote for that.

  • When you book a VIP Design Day, it’s important you’re aware that you’re paying for a block of time, not a guaranteed list of deliverables. During our brainstorming sessions, we’ll come up with a prioritised list and on your Design Day you will have my undivided attention to get as much done from this list as possible. I can get a lot done in a day, and I’ll work hard & fast to make sure I’m getting through as much as I can. After your Design Day is over, you can always book in additional time (at my hourly rate, or book another half or full day package) if there are extra things you want to get done from your wishlist.

  • To make sure we’re both on the same page, my payment terms are super easy.

    + a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront and upon signing your contract.

    + the balance is due one week before your VIP Design Day.

    All deposits are non-refundable, this is necessary to ensure your spot in the queue, helps me ensure I have adequate time to dedicate to your project, and ensure that you're committed.

  • A Design Day can be booked in as soon as two weeks after your complimentary call - you’ll need some time in between the call + your Design Day to answer the questionnaire, write any copy needed, and gather + upload all your brand assets to our shared storage space.

  • After your Design Day is over, I’ll send you a video walkthrough explaining the changes I’ve made, and empowering you how to safely maintain and make changes to your website yourself moving forward.

    If you still need help, I offer 30 days of email support after your Design Day, and up to an hour of extra hands-on time where I’ll jump into your website in case anything goes really wrong or you simply just can’t figure it out - I’ve got your back no matter what.

    One of the things I love most about Squarespace is how user-friendly it is - once you’ve gotten over the initial learning curve that is. Once you’ve been given a guided tour and understand the basics, you should genuinely feel confident to manage it yourself moving forward, but you can always reach out to me if you’re really stuck.

    If you've got a question, or you just need help with something small/something I can do in less than half an hour, I'll always do my best to answer your questions, point you to a tutorial or make some small tweaks for no cost. For example, if you just need an extra button added somewhere on your website but you can't figure it out - let me know because it'll only take me 2 minutes.

    If you need something more substantial, I'm available for tech support & minor work at an hourly rate. Usually I'll try to quote you upfront for the work, however if the scope is unclear I will record my time spent on the project and you'll be charged accordingly at my hourly rate.

  • Since Squarespace upgraded to their new Fluid Engine (also known as Squarespace 7.1), they have announced they will no longer be adding new updates or features to Squarespace 7.0. It’s absolutely worth migrating across to the new 7.1 platform, and this is something I can help you with.

  • No. I have chosen to exclusively work on the Squarespace platform for the last 4 years and it’s what I’m most experienced with. I can help you migrate your website across to Squarespace but I cannot update or make changes to your website that is on another platform.

  • Each project is different, and is entirely based around your needs. During your Consultation Call, I’ll help you figure out a specific, itemised & prioritised action plan.

  • We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process in the beginning to make sure we are on the same page, to avoid this happening in the first place!

    Sometimes things don't go according to plan though, and if for some reason you’re not happy, I’ll do my best to rectify the issue for you over the next thirty days. If we ultimately can’t find a way to move forward, I will issue you a refund of 30% of your invoice (but honestly, I’ll work dang hard to make sure we don’t get to this point).
